Terms of Service
1. The service
Seyyar Disco is a browser-based DJ mixer for practising and performing mixes with your own audio files and with Creative Commons music from the Internet Archive. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Tiers
- Guest — one 5-minute session per day, no account.
- Free — 30 minutes of play time per UTC day, limited catalog streams and searches.
- Pro — unlimited play time, the commercial-safe catalog view, server-side analysis and full sync. Monthly, yearly and lifetime plans are shown in the app with tax added at checkout.
We may adjust limits and prices; changes to a paid plan apply from your next billing period and are announced in advance.
3. Payments, renewals, refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the customer portal (Billing → Manage). Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs to its end. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment for the lifetime of the service. Under Turkish distance-selling rules and EU consumer law you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless you have started using Pro features; in any case, e-mail us within 14 days and we will refund unused subscription time.
4. Your content and licences
Audio files you load stay on your device; you must hold the rights to use them. Catalog tracks come from the Internet Archive under the Creative Commons licence stated on each track. Attribution and licence terms (including NonCommercial restrictions) are your responsibility when you record, publish or perform a mix. The "commercial-safe" view filters out NC-licensed tracks as a convenience, not as legal advice.
5. Acceptable use
No circumventing the play-time or guest limits, no automated scraping of the catalog through the app, no reverse-engineering the metering, and no use that violates the rights of others or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is". It depends on your browser, hardware and third-party services (Clerk, Stripe, Internet Archive, LRCLIB) that we do not control. We aim for but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the account panel or by e-mail. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in the EU/EEA keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes go to the courts and consumer arbitration boards of Türkiye, without prejudice to those rules.
9. Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date; continued use after that date means you accept them.
